Jim has over twenty years of residential real estate sales, marketing and development. Since 2005, Jim has focused his business mission to build a successful and award-winning real estate consulting business in the formation of the Gramata Realty Group and has proudly joined forces with Chicago’s leading real estate company, @properties because of its shared vision and devotion to quality service and professionalism.

He graduated Cum Laude with a Masters of Architecture degree from The University of Illinois Chicago which is an added skill set for each of his clients. He can write the marketing story with an innate understanding of architectural design and constructions. This is an invaluable asset in the real estate industry.

Local and Global Real Estate Services: Jim’s recent clients’ include top C-level executives from Fortune 500 corporations around the globe as well as local executives and celebrities. Some past clients have included CEO and CFOs from corporations such as Thyssen Krupp, Leo Burnett, Starcom Media, Bel Food Services, Veolia North America as well as executives from locals like W, Wrigley Jr. Co, Luna Carpet and WGN Television. Some of my real estate consultation services included relocation, destination for the expats coming to Chicago for the first time from such places as Dubai, France, Sweden, Germany and Italy as well as sales and marketing services for their luxury homes.

Jim is constantly keeping up with the latest trends and improvements in an effort to improve his skills in real estate development, sales and marketing.

In 2012 he started a public awareness campaign, the Healthy Homes Chicago initiative, whose mission is to encourage, educate and engage communities and homeowner’s towards newer healthy and sustainable homes.

He has owned and managed The Gramata Development Corporation since 1991 with a focus on residential real estate design/build in Chicago with built work in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown and Wicker Park.
